I Am, Therefore I'm Him

You’ve typed the destination in the GPS. You’ve returned to the drawing board to write the vision down again. You’ve looked in the mirror and acknowledged what season you are in. You've rested and reset. You're back now. Halftime is over, and the ball is in your court. Congratulations bro, you’re back in the game! Your reward: more to fight. The battlefield, however, is in you. And unfortunately, the W can’t be handed to you. The fight is never easy. Anything worth earning isn’t. Why should it be? You must be willing to fight for it. You have to see it through. It’s a process and a journey. The mind knows this subconsciously. The body wrestles with this inwardly. Every man must be ready to approach it violently. Not to inflict pain or violence, but to protect himself, those he loves, his bloodline and name. But how do you fight what you can’t see? You unlock your identity. You learn to walk in who you are. It does not require rocket science or a miracle. It only requires you to say two words before you identify yourself. Those two words are: I Am. I Am is how you develop your truest self. I Am is your weapon. It protects you and helps you fight back in this cold-hearted world. I Am is your mirror. What you believe about yourself will manifest. I Am is your seed. What you say after those two words, you will eventually become. Show me a man who has not tapped into his purpose, and I guarantee it is because he hasn’t said I AM. Confidence is born from I Am. Not from personal wealth, material gain, designer clothes or baddies. You can fumble them all if you never discover who you are. When you unlock who you are, you produce healthy confidence. You then take that confidence back to the fight and take what’s yours. Full circle now? Am I cooking or not? Let me know forreal. But you have to want better for yourself. No one else can want more for you than what you want for yourself. No one is responsible for you knowing you better than you know yourself. Only YOU. And it is through you discovering who you are that you can demand what you desire. It is through knowing who you are that you refuse to settle for less. It starts with you.  Now repeat after me: I Am (state your name) and claim what you want to be or what you desire from this world. You just put a play in motion. You just planted a seed. There is one more important step in the next blog, but for now, grind it out and go get it. Before the world sees it, you have to be it. I Am, therefore I’M HIM.
