A Message to My Readers

Dear Reader,

I couldn't be more excited to share this moment and my art with you. Though I publish regularly,

this is my first book release since Jordan Year in 2017. With gratitude, I present to you a project

layered with my emotions, my pain, my triumphs, my creativity—but most of all, my wisdom.

Though heartbreak and breakups serve as my entry point, the true theme of this book is self-love and the call to accountability. Focusing solely on pain breeds a victim mindset, but embracing the lessons learned from pain produces true strength. That’s my ultimate goal here. Within these pages, you'll find poetry, prose, and rhythmic interludes—some layered with hidden gems that some will catch and some won’t. But at the heart of it all, there’s an essay emphasizing self-love being the foundation of loving others. Read and dissect it all, but definitely read that to bring the story together.

This Book of My Apologies to Black Women is the third chapter of my upcoming book, My Youth, My Lessons on Life. One of my most important chapters that reflects where I’ve been and where many Black men find themselves when it comes to love, dating, and relationships. If this book sparks the right conversations about healing and solutions, then I’m doing the mission God has put in my heart correctly.

Thank you for watching, reading, listening and supporting me. If you know me, then you know I

poured a lot into this—locking in on every detail. I can't wait to hear your thoughts, comments,

and questions.

May God bless you and keep you. May these pages inspire you.
